Abstract
Endocrine tumors of the pancreas are rare lesions , the incidence of which is estimated to be less than 1 per 100,000 people per year . The scarcity of these tumors precludes any conventionally controlled clinical trials . Dr Duh emphasizes the crucial issues of diagnosis , management and treatment of these tumors .
