Abstract
Endocrine tumors of the pancreas are rare lesions, the incidence of which is estimated to be less than 1 per 100,000 people per year. The scarcity of these tumors precludes any conventionally controlled clinical trials. Dr Duh emphasizes the crucial issues of diagnosis, management and treatment of these tumors.
